Seated Shiatsu - Mandy Hall
Seated Shiatsu is applied to the head, neck, shoulders and back. Therapists use finger,
thumb and palm pressure to these area’s promoting a feeling of relaxation and wellbeing.
Stretches and rotations are used to release tension and tight muscles and to help
encourage blood and lymph flow.
Shiatsu can help: Postural problems, neck and shoulder pain, back ache, relieve headaches
and migraines, release stiff and tense muscles, ease digestion problems, help anxiety,
stress and depression.
