How long will the products hold their charge ?

The better quality - the longer it will hold a charge. High quality "live" organic type products will often contain a stronger charge after 6 months than when first charged.

What is scalar frequencies?

Can the product withstand water?

Yes, the Lasota Energy can generally tolerate the same as your skin can tolerate; plain tap water, salt water and containing bleach water. It can not withstand solvents.

Should it sit on a certain hand?

It is completely irrelevant whether you put it on right or left hand or which ankle joints you apply it. At the ankle and wrists are the skin resistance very low and therefore can the frequencies as well as the ions penetrate here.
